Shipping policy

Order Processing:All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

 

Standard Transit Times:Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days following dispatch. Deliveries to regional or remote locations may require an extra 1-2 days.

 

Heavy & Bulky Goods:Heavy products (e.g., air conditioners, solar batteries, or large hardware) may require specialized freight delivery. Any applicable freight costs will be displayed at checkout.

 

Damaged Goods in Transit:Please inspect all goods upon arrival. If your package arrives visibly damaged, please notify the courier driver immediately and contact us at jvrelect@gmail.com within 48 hours with photographs of the packaging and product.
